SWTTAP CENTER YEAR 1 WORKPLAN

The Southwestern Tribal Technical Assistance Program (SWTTAP) Center is tasked with creating a yearly workplan in collaboration with the SWTTAP Steering Committee. The workplan aligns wtih the TTAP Center Mission, and is utilized for local context with a goal of capturing the unique Tribal transportation challenges and priorities of training and technical assistance needs of Tribal governments in the SWTTAP Center jurisdiction.

TRIBAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM DELIVERY GUIDE

The Tribal Transportation Program Delivery Guide is designed for Tribes Who Have a Tribal Transportation Program Agreement with FHWA. The FLH Office of Tribal Transportation provides this Guide for use by Tribes who have, or are considering, a TTP Program Agreement with FHWA. The Program Delivery Guide is intended to be a valuable resource for Tribal Governments in their administration of the Tribal Transportation Program, providing a source of technical transportation and program information.

25 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR) Part 170 TRIBAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM

This part provides rules and references to the statutory funding formula for the Department of the Interior (DOI), in cooperation with the Department of Transportation (DOT), to implement the Tribal Transportation Program (TTP). Included in this part are references to other title 23 and title 25 transportation programs administered by the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) and the Secretary of Transportation (together, the “Secretaries”) and implemented by Tribes and Consortiums in accordance with the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 (ISDEAA), as amended, FHWA program agreements, and other appropriate agreements. 25 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR) PART 900 - CONTRACTS UNDER THE INDIAN SELF-DETERMINATION AND EDUCATION ASSISTANCE ACT

These regulations are prepared, issued, and maintained jointly by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of the Interior, with the active participation and representation of Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and individual tribal members pursuant to the guidance of the Negotiated Rulemaking procedures required by section 107 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW (BIL)

On November 15, 2021, President Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) (Public Law 117-58, also known as the “Bipartisan Infrastructure Law”) into law. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is the largest long-term investment in our infrastructure and economy in our Nation’s history. It provides $550 billion over fiscal years 2022 through 2026 in new Federal investment in infrastructure, including in roads, bridges, and mass transit, water infrastructure, resilience, and broadband.
